The site is approximately 24.5 acres and is situated in a rural residential area. The property has spectacular hillside views across the Camanche Reservoir open-space.
The asking price for the property is $255,000 with a Purchase Deposit of $20,000 required in the form of a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Money Order.
Offers may be sent by mail or delivered in person to the address below. Offers must be written on the District Property Purchase Agreement and Joint Escrow Instructions (PPA-JEI) and received by the Seller along with the Purchase Deposit for review on an ongoing basis.
The District will work with the Purchaser regarding the preferred means to convey the property. The property can be conveyed by either a Lot Line Adjustment or by recording a Parcel Map. The estimated timeline for these modes of conveyance are 3 months and 12 months respectively.
