EBMUD publishes periodic newsletters to update its customers on various projects
and activities at the District.
The
publications below are PDF files which can be viewed and printed
through Adobe Acrobat Reader, a free software. 
The Equalizer Newsletter announces contract opportunities for the next 3-6 months and provides tips to help all businesses, regardless of size, budget, or experience, compete effectively for EBMUD contracts. This newsletter is distributed quarterly to over 14,000 vendors in EBMUD's vendor database.
Customer Pipeline contains brief articles about EBMUD projects, annual budgets and rates and shares useful customer information such as water conservation tips. Customer Pipeline mails to EBMUD customers with each bi-monthly customer bill.
