EBMUD Board of Directors

The EBMUD Board of Directors meet twice monthly on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month. The Board may also meet at other times as needed.

Regular Board Meetings

These items include agendas, staff reports, the Action Summary, which provides a general description of board approved motions and resolutions, and Board meeting minutes for current and past Regular board meetings.

Retirement Board Meetings

The EBMUD Retirement Board meets bi-monthly on the third Thursday of January, March, May, July, September, and November, respectively. The Board may also meet at other times as needed.

Deferred Compensation Advisory Committees

The EBMUD 401(k)/457 and 401(a) Advisory Committees meet quarterly. The Committees may also meet at other times as needed.

DERWA Meetings

DERWA (Dublin San Ramon Service District {DSRSD}-EBMUD Recycled Water Authority) is a Joint Powers Authority formed in 1995 between DSRSD and EBMUD to encourage recycled water development in the San Ramon Valley.

Freeport Regional Water Authority Meetings

FRWA (Freeport Regional Water Authority) is a Joint Powers Authority formed in February 2002 between the Sacramento County Water Agency and EBMUD, to guide planning and development of needed regional water supplies.
